Why we ask: Your ZIP and household size decide which plans and prices you can get. Your phone number and email go to Nexus Benefit Solutions only, to answer this request, and are never sold.

This is a request for help, not an application for coverage. Nexus Benefit Solutions is a private, independent agency and is not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, CMS, the State of Michigan or DIFS. Please don't include medical details in this form.

Short answerYour price depends on your county, ages, tobacco use, plan and income. In 2026, the lowest full-price Bronze plan for a 40-year-old ranged from $345.23 a month in Macomb County to $528.16 in Alger County, before any tax credit.[1] 2027 plans and prices are published when Open Enrollment opens November 1, 2026.[2]

What we need for an accurate quote

  1. ZIP code and county. Insurers, plans and prices differ by county.[1]
  2. Everyone’s age. Marketplace prices are set by age; a 60-year-old’s premium is more than double a 40-year-old’s in the same plan.[1]
  3. Expected 2027 household income. Tax credits are based on the income you expect for the coverage year.[3]
  4. Doctors and prescriptions. We check them against each plan’s network and drug list.[4]

CMS plan year 2026 individual market file, before tax credits.[1] Not a quote. Statewide, insurers requested an average 14.2% increase for 2027, subject to DIFS approval.[5]

Why the price you see online may change

  • The extra federal tax credits expired at the end of 2025; for 2027 the expected contribution is set using IRS Rev. Proc. 2026-26.[6,7] See 2027 subsidies.
  • If you take more tax credit than you qualify for, the excess is reconciled on your tax return.[8]
