Services Description

Nexus Benefit Solutions provides independent benefits consulting services, including group health insurance, voluntary benefits, compliance guidance, and benefits administration support. The Site provides information about our services, allows prospective clients to contact us, and provides tools for existing clients to manage benefits enrollment.

Client Portal and Enrollment

Certain areas of the Site, including client portals and enrollment features, require authorization from your employer or organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using enrollment features, and you understand that enrollment submissions are subject to verification and approval by your employer and the applicable insurance carrier.

Secure File Upload

The Secure File Upload feature is provided for the secure transmission of documents to Nexus Benefit Solutions. By using this feature, you confirm that you are authorized to share the documents you upload and that the documents do not contain malicious code. Nexus is not responsible for documents uploaded in error.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nexus Benefit Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
