How much does Amaze Health cost?

Is Amaze Health insurance?
No. Amaze Health is a membership in a virtual medical practice. It is not a health plan and not ACA-qualifying coverage, and it does not pay hospital, emergency or outside-provider bills. It works alongside a health plan, and you don’t need one to join.
Can my family join on my membership?
Yes. The family membership (about $59 a month) covers you and your immediate family members, as described on Amaze’s sign-up form.
Is the membership tax-deductible for self-employed people?
We can’t say for your situation. Ask your tax professional how a direct primary care membership is treated for you.
Who will I talk to?
Real people. Amaze clinicians are full-time W-2 employees, and Amaze is licensed in all 50 states. You can text, call or video chat in the app, or use the phone line if you don’t have a smartphone.
Are there copays or visit limits?
No. Visits with Amaze are unlimited, with no copays. Outside costs, such as a lab, imaging center or pharmacy price for a brand-name drug, are billed by that provider.
